And so, in either way, either you make the argument that maybe they did get softer, and whose fault is that? hours and if they didn't get softer, which again there are spikes if we're looking at generalities maybe, but I think it's more so that those people they just work differently then they work not as hard. I think it's more likely they just don't want to work hard for you.
