• ChatGPT Took Our YouTube Views From 800 to 15,000

The co-hosts discuss experiments with topic timing, thumbnails, editing and early audience retention. Their account makes clear that several choices changed together. The viewer counts in the episode title are the show’s own report. They cannot establish how much of a change one tool caused.

• FlexJet CEO Doesn’t Believe In M&A, Should You?

The episode changes subject at 12:43. Siu discusses how much room a seller leaves the customer to speak, then describes using daily call reviews as input to quarterly reviews. A ratio can locate an exchange worth replaying. Listening to that exchange tells a manager which question the seller missed.

• Why You Should Give Away All Your Workflows

In the episode description, Siu argues that sharing quickly changing automation workflows can lead people to ask for implementation help. He and Patel also discuss the cost of running those tools. Publishing a sample and operating a service indefinitely have different costs that a team can estimate separately.
