Our reading notes on Alex Hormozi

• How to Make Money With Social Media (My Exact Playbook) | Ep 1005

Hormozi describes a quarter when broader videos attracted attention while book sales, leads and applications fell. His counterexample is a creator who teaches registered dietitians to bill insurers. Small reach can be entirely appropriate when the problem is that specialized. His own sales comparison gives editors a question to test on their own audience.

• Alex Hormozi on the “Weak Links” That Will Make Anyone a Millionaire

Hormozi uses a length of chain to explain why reinforcing a strong part can leave the whole system pulling the same load. In a business, that means finding the step that currently determines output. The limiting step can move once a team adds capacity.

• Alex Hormozi: How to Make Offers So Good People Feel Stupid Saying No
